Welcome to Seva Setu (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal", "Platform", "Seva Setu", or "We"). By accessing or using this Platform, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "Client", or "You") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Disclaimer.

1. Non-Affiliation & Independent Entity Declaration

Seva Setu is an independent, private Business-to-Consumer (B2C) digital facilitation and consultancy platform. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way connected to any State Government, Central Government of India, or any governmental department or agency. This platform acts solely as a private intermediary to assist users in document preparation and online submissions.

2. Nature of Services & Fee Structure

The User acknowledges that many government services may be available free of cost on official portals. The fees charged by Seva Setu are exclusively for our professional consultancy, technical assistance, document handling, platform usage, and facilitation services. These charges are separate from any statutory government fees (if applicable).

3. Processing, Turnaround Time & Outcomes

Seva Setu exercises due diligence in processing applications. However, we have no control over the approval, rejection, or processing time of any application by government authorities. We do not provide any guarantee or warranty regarding the outcome or timeline of any service.

4. Payment & Non-Refundability

All fees paid to Seva Setu are strictly non-refundable once the service request is submitted, as resources are immediately allocated. No refund shall be provided in case of application rejection by the government, user withdrawal, or any other reason, except at the sole discretion of Seva Setu.

5. User Responsibility & Indemnification

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, and legality of all information and documents submitted. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seva Setu, its owners, and team from any claims, liabilities, or penalties arising due to false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of Seva Setu’s administrative office.
